The offer

Put the price and the work on one page, and let it speak for itself.

A clear offer gives the customer something specific to review, question, and approve.

  • The work, line by line.

Each line item carries its own inclusions and exclusions, so the customer can see what the price covers.

  • Tax, a deposit, your terms.

Add sales tax and a deposit when the job calls for them, and your own terms on every offer.

  • Your business on every page.

Your logo, business name, phone and license number go on every document.

  • Check it before it goes.

Every Send button opens the document full screen first, so you read what the customer will read.

The yes

Signed on your phone, or recorded and labeled for exactly what it is.

Sealed: the customer signs on your phone, right there. It’s the fastest, simplest way to agree.

Hand them the phone, they sign, and the agreement is sealed. The yes happens in the driveway, while the details are fresh, and the customer’s copy carries their signature.

Recorded: verbally, by text or by email

Send the offer as a PDF through your own text or email. When the customer says yes, record how they agreed. The agreement says so, plainly, and Get it signed can add a signature later.

  • Verbally
  • By text
  • By email

There’s no account for the customer. Sign on the phone, sign later, or record a yes verbally, by text or by email.
